We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Consultants to join our growing team at Azco Real Estate. As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert property advice, assisting clients with finding the right residential or commercial properties, and managing the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, sales, and leasing options.
- Sales & Leasing: Manage the sales and leasing process for residential, commercial, and off-plan properties, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and the latest property developments to offer clients informed solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate the best terms and conditions for clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Lead Generation: Actively source new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Documentation: Ensure all legal documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales, leasing, or a similar real estate role.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
