ESTIMATION ENGINEER with Tendering Exp (Pre and Post)
We are one the leading Interior Fit-out company in UAE. Currently we are looking for an Estimation Engineer who can join us in our Dubai Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tendering Exp (Pre and Post)
Prepare BOQs and quotations.
Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
Prepare tender submissions and take offs Liaising with suppliers and
subcontractors.
Read and interpret plans Contract administration.
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fitout works.
Identify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct ability.
Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
Minimum 2 years experience in UAE.
