Job Overview

We seek an experienced and results-driven Digital Media Sales Manager to lead our digital advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales, identifying new opportunities, and building long-lasting client relationships, contributing to the growth of ENG's digital media portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement digital media sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their digital advertising needs.
  • Offer tailored solutions to maximize client ROI in digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to exceed client expectations.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities in the digital media domain.
  • Conduct market research to expand into untapped sectors and demographics.
  • Represent ENG at relevant digital media events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve digital media sales targets.
  • Provide training on digital advertising products, trends, and best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within digital advertising.
  • Deep understanding of digital media platforms, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics software.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and digital advertising landscape is highly desirable.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
