Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listings: Actively manage property listings for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Property Tours: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiations: Assist clients in property negotiations to ensure the best possible deal is secured for all parties involved.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property prices, and industry changes in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Documentation: Guide clients through the legal and administrative aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• 0-6 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
