Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven ad strategies for Google and Facebook to drive growth and maximize ROI.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Conduct in-depth audience analysis to identify and target key segments effectively.

Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad technologies.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Google and Facebook ad management within a major advertising agency.

Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and campaign optimization techniques.

Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) to track and improve campaign performance.

Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
