Accountant - Hotel

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage and oversee our prestigious clients hotel financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with industry standards, and support the management team with insights to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
