Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and draft lease contracts for retail properties.
- Manage legal contracts tied to business operations.
- Prepare, review, and advise on Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
- Provide legal expertise in lease disputes and related court cases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations relevant to retail operations.
- Offer guidance on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external legal authorities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for legal and complaint matters.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Solid experience in legal contract management and lease dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of UAE's commercial and real estate laws.
- Proven experience in a retail or corporate setting handling legal issues.
