Job Title: Shopify Inventory Management Intern

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Part-time, Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory upload and management intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for uploading and managing product inventory on the website, ensuring accurate listings, optimizing product information, and maintaining seamless stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Upload and Data Entry:

• Upload product listings to the website, ensuring all required fields are completed (product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, and SKUs).
• Ensure accurate and consistent data entry across all product listings.

2. Product Information Management:

• Regularly review and update product information (descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, and availability) to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize product listings for SEO, including adding relevant keywords to titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to reflect any changes in product details or stock availability.

3. Inventory Monitoring:

• Monitor inventory levels regularly and update product availability on the Shopify store.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date, managing stock-outs or backorders efficiently.

4. Stock Tracking and Reporting:

• Track inventory trends, sales performance, and identify fast-moving or slow-moving products.
• Generate and analyze weekly inventory reports to support decision-making for future product listings and inventory management.

5. Order Fulfillment Support:

• Ensure that inventory information is aligned with orders, assisting the fulfillment team in tracking stock availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues that may impact the order fulfillment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional in Arabic language
• Basic experience with Shopify
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles for product listings.
