SD Ceilings, a leading provider of Stretch ceilings, custom lighting, and Profile ceiling systems, is expanding its sales department and is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and persistent individuals with a high level of independence.
• Capable of making sound and competent decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue large construction projects for the sale of our company's products.
• Locate potential projects that align with our product offerings.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with developers, general contractors, construction companies, consultants, designers, and architects.
• Prepare and finalize commercial offers and quotations.
• Monitor contract fulfillment, financial transaction indicators, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct site visits as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in object sales of ceiling systems or other building materials in the Emirates.
• Experience collaborating with consultants, developers, designers, and architects in the construction or finishing materials industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate persuasively in a business setting.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
