Job Description
1. Ensuring all crew certification is always complete and valid as per Legal and other requirement
2. Plan and arrange crew changes, mobilization/Demobilization for all crew on assigned vessels according to Company procedure and client requirement, using cost effective and convenient travel methods.
3. Maintaining offshore crew rotation and source offshore crew when required to fill positions.
4. The post-hiring of all offshore employees ensures that necessary paperwork is completed and facilitated accordingly.
5. Maintain the crew on leave details and call the crew upon leave maturity due.
6. Liaise with crewing assistants, respective vessel superintendents, vessel agents, client, and other department (procurement, Transport, PRO) when arranging crew change and crew mobilization/demobilization.
7. Sending notification to account for new join, re-join and repatriate crew.
8. Maintaining the record of crewing related cost for vessel under Company management.
9. Preparing Weekly manpower reports based on the requirements.
10. Assisting Marine HR Manager during Audit and Inspection.
11. Prepare the weekly job progress report and update the Marine HR Manager.
12. Ensure and maintain crew back-to-back rotation plan for the respective vessels.
13. Additional duties as per the instruction assigned by Marine HR Manager.
