About the Role:
La Familia Medical Center is seeking a Telemarketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our medical services. The role involves making outbound calls, managing patient appointments, and assisting with tele-sales initiatives to increase clinic visits and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Tele-Sales:
- Make outbound calls to potential patients, qualify leads, and promote clinic services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and follow up to confirm bookings.
- Customer Service:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries about services, pricing, and appointments.
- Build rapport with clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- Data Management:
- Update CRM with lead details and appointment information.
- Track and report on lead progress and conversion rates.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in running telemarketing campaigns to drive clinic traffic and patient bookings.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience with telephony systems.
- Attributes:
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
