Position Summary:

We seek a knowledgeable Auto-Electrician with experience in automotive electrical systems and diagnostics, able to handle complex and routine electrical work. This role demands a strong technical foundation, professionalism, and effective communication skills to help maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Diagnostics: Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicle electrical systems to identify faults and recommend solutions.

Repairs and Installations: Execute electrical repairs, wiring, and component installations, including alternators, batteries, and lighting systems.

Advanced Electrical Systems: Service and troubleshoot advanced electrical components, such as electronic control modules, anti-theft systems, and infotainment units.

Routine Electrical Maintenance: Conduct essential electrical system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure reliable vehicle performance.

Communication: Clearly communicate diagnostics, repairs, and timelines to team members and clients.

Adaptability: Be prepared to take on various tasks in a high-paced environment, maintaining focus and quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in auto-electrical systems and diagnostics within a workshop environment.

Technical Knowledge: Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle electrical systems, from wiring to advanced control modules.

Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly to colleagues and clients.

Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independently.

Attention to Detail: Committed to precision and quality in all tasks.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, managing priorities efficiently.

Qualifications:

Relevant electrical certification or equivalent experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
