Female Safety Officer for Safety Inspections
- Conduct daily and routine inspections of all premises , ensuring that all safety procedures are set in place and maintained & report findings.
- Identify non-conformity and intervene appropriately to rectify the situations and report them promptly.
- Liaise with event's organizers to ensure all worker related documents are complete and that clients acknowledge safety procedures and adhere to them.
- Review and report on working practice to highlight potential risks and hazards.
- Conduct training to increase staff understanding of the nature of risks and hazards.
- Assess the likelihood of occurrence and potential impact of risks.
- Put in place appropriate controls assurance systems to ensure that the impact of all risks is minimized.
- Monitor resolution of violations by putting strategies and plans.
- Maintain documents and assist during internal & external IMS audit.
- Support in the implementation of integrated management System.
- Recommend measures on improving the integrated management system and maintain integrated management system.
- Intervene if, and when necessary, to neutralize and stabilize the situation and convert it from unsafe to safe, conduct route cause analysis reports, suggest alternative ways to resume work and keep on monitoring to ensure compliance with safety codes of practice.
- Verify compliance with the approved permit to work issued to all Contractors I sub-contractors where required.
- Follow up on reports to ensure violations, deviance, breaches and non-conformance are rectified in a timely manner.
Candidate Should have a Valid QID and a Transferable Visa with an NOC.
