- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Masters' Degree is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery for large scale project for utilities, GCC experience is highly preferable
- Permanent, bilingual (Must be fluent in Arabic )
- Open to hire outside the country
