Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to establish, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and functions that support our company’s growth and compliance standards.

With 5-10 years of experience in HR, the ideal candidate will bring strategic and operational expertise, ensuring our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.

Fluency in English is essential for this role, as clear and effective communication with employees, management, and external partners is key to success.

Please note: This position requires working late hours, from 6 PM to 3 AM to align with our global operations


Key Responsibilities:


Policy and Procedure Development:

  • Develop, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures in compliance Jordanian labor law.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks, company policies, and standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication across all levels.


Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to define hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, and managing the selection process.
  • Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs that set new hires up for success, with a focus on clear communication.


Learning and Development:

  • Develop and oversee learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate with departments to implement skill-building, leadership, and compliance training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.


Performance Management:

  • Establish and manage performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with leadership to support performance improvement and create a high-performance culture.


Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees on HR issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution processes as needed, communicating in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner.


Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring clear and accessible communication about options to employees.
  • Conduct market analysis to maintain salary competitiveness and make necessary adjustments.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining records and implementing policies on workplace safety, anti-discrimination, and harassment.
  • Maintain and update records to support regulatory compliance, with clear and concise documentation.


HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, performance, and satisfaction, to provide insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, articulating findings in fluent, professional English.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in a role with a focus on operational responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • Language Proficiency: High fluency in English is essential, The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in all HR functions and to foster a positive work environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work late hours, from 6 PM to 3 AM, to meet the needs of our global operations.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
