Role Summary
the Associate Manager-Finance is responsible for inventory Control and assist Finance in preparing financial reports and decreasing shrinkage and inventory loss
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage all inventories & prepare inventory calendar .
- Attend full inventory at stores & lead controllers.
- Analyze physical shrinkage and study the reason for shrinkage / minimize and action plan to avoid next inventory.
- Spot check at fresh inventory / prepare shrinkage results.
- Monitor stock depreciation items and fix the reason for non liquidation stock.
- Support sales by monitoring stock updates – stock adjustments & notify for high values.
- Ensure alignment of set financial policies and procedures.
- Support the process of store performance analysis by Departments/Sections.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 5 year in a related function.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Adapt in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent listening abilities.
- High attention to detail.
