Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing daily postings, and analyzing performance metrics to drive our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a knack for storytelling, and is adept at using analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and enhances our online presence across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, and text) tailored to our audience, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and message.

- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring timely and relevant content that engages our followers and fosters community interaction.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and inquiries, responding promptly to engage with our audience effectively.

- Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media approach.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the tech or IT industry.

- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English; Arabic and Russian language skills are a plus.

- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

- Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop engaging content.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
