Role Description
Marketing Specialist will oversee and manage content creation, brand awareness, social media managing and LSM roles to ensure implementing marketing plans and strategies on all stores.
Marketing specialist will manage all BWR events along with store manager and build a strong data base by using all the related marketing tools.
Essential Role Functions and responsibilities
1. Content Creation
· Develop engaging and creative content across various channels, including social media, radio and in store.
· Craft compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
· Creatively direct graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets.
· Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation to maintain relevance and appeal.
· Manage creative development process including design, photography, printing, production and implementation with internal departments/team members or 3rd parties.
· Be actively involved in monthly planning, bringing new ideas, consumer insights and competitive benchmarking to the table.
· Support marketing team with monthly planning and brain storming and deliver them the customer feedback and customer needs to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
· Adhering to brand identity standards by checking all the designs and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines through the marketing process.
2. Social Media Management
· Post and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
· Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and engagement opportunities, especially reels and their concepts and ideas.
· Moderation - Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
· Oversee social media channels, and measuring customer satisfaction.
· Manage and monitor customer observations and customer complaints through social media channels or direct communication, and prepare a periodic report for management with these observations and complaints and how to solve them.
3. LSM activities and duties
· Develop and execute effective Local Store Marketing plans to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
· Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, community influencers, and strategic partners to maximize collaborative opportunities.
· Attend and coordinate local events (Trivia and Bingo), identify possible sponsorships to increase brand awareness within the community.
· Visit Stores on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to ensure the execution and application of marketing activities and follow up with store managers on any required marketing related requests, suggestions or ideas.
· Supervise campaigns, promotions, events, collaborations, sponsorships, digital social media, public relations and other marketing tools.
· Work closely with operation team to ensure proactive marketing initiative and to increase customer loyal efficiency to expand the BWR market share.
· Ensure implementation of all the marketing plans and ideas smoothly in all BWR stores.
· Support all BWR store managers by play the communication roles between stores and marketing department.
· Support operational teams for the marketing elements of running business and new stores opening.
4. General activities and duties
· Establish strong relationships with the community and partners through any third party and focus on community service to increase the presence and spread of the brand.
· Establish a monthly report that shows BWR customer satisfaction and feedback.
· Monitor our competitors and market trends and make a periodic report for the management.
· Manage Marketing tools by ensure implement it in all the stores.
· Follow and commitment the marketing standard and BWR marketing guidelines as defined by BWR international.
· Participate, including training, at a store level to enhance Front of House staff understanding of how to build the BWR brand from the inside/out.
· Build and develop a strong customer details database that could use it for any marketing proposes.
· Willingness to work in non-traditional working hours and work in the evening hours to meet the needs and requirements of the work.
· Attending events and taking advantage of them to build a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities to increase sales.
· Become a brand ambassador and build relationships with members of the local community.
