Position Overview:
As a Sales Advisor at Bluemina, you will play a vital role in guiding high-net-worth individuals toward strategic investment solutions that support their unique lifestyle, financial goals, and future ambitions. You’ll combine in-depth product knowledge with proactive lead generation to foster trusted, long-term relationships with our clients, contributing directly to Bluemina’s growth and brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Engage with prospective clients through both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, conducting thorough consultations to understand their goals, preferences, and financial capacities.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Independently identify and pursue new client leads, building your own network and presence in target markets.
- Tailored Recommendations: Offer personalized investment solutions that align with each client’s aspirations, presenting options tailored to their lifestyle and long-term objectives. (Write the amount "51500" when answering the average deal size question)
- Relationship Building: Nurture strong, ongoing client relationships by offering professional, personalized advice and proactive follow-up to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Impactful Presentations: Lead engaging presentations that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Bluemina’s diverse investment programs.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, strategic closing, and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Bluemina as a brand ambassador at company events, industry gatherings, and relevant client-facing events, strengthening the brand’s reputation and reach in the high-net-worth sector.
Qualifications:
- Experience: +2 years in sales or customer service, with a strong interest in high-net-worth client engagement.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
