Senior Commercial Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence and maximizing business growth within our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division, responsible for determining the best strategies to increase customer purchases. assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, and collaborate with marketing and Supply Chain teams to expand brand presence, as well as preparing accurate sales reports also identify new sales opportunities according to sales plan.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

·        Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

·        Develop and execute effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.

·        Accurately forecast sales trends and develop sales plans to achieve targets.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

·        Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers.

·        Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

·         Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals.

·        Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

2.      5+ years of experience in a commercial role within the FMCG industry.

3.      Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.

4.      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.      Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

6.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
