Position: Architect
Job Description: We are seeking a talented Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans in alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to enhance design quality.
- Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the UAE.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
