Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Real Estate Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and representing our diverse portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.

-Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.

- Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials.

- Negotiate sales agreements and assist in closing deals.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitive properties.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office.

- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
