Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to meet company goals.
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, establish relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control processes to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
- Analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and advancements in supply chain technology to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, Masters is a plus.
- 8-15 years of experience in supply chain management or related field, with a preference for candidates from the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Proven experience in working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
- Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility as needed.
