Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ø Prepare and mix dough and batters using wheat flour and other ingredients.
Ø Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
Ø Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and specifications.
Ø Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the best results.
Ø Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
Ø Assist in the development of new recipes and products.
Ø Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
Ø Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Ø Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
Ø Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products
Required Qualifications
Ø Minimum 3 years Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial setting.
Ø Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
Ø Familiarity with wheat flour varieties and their properties.
Ø Team player with good communication skills.
Ø Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
