Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Officer at DigiZag in Amman, for a fresh graduate (or 1 year experience max) within the I.T. field who will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, analyzing operational processes, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in I.T., M.I.S, B.I.S, Data Analysis, or related field
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Analytical Skills and Operations Management expertise
- Financial acumen
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
