Store Keeper cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Storekeeping:
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving and storing products.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access and inventory control.
  • Prepare and maintain records of stock movements and inventory reports.
  • Administrative Assistance:
  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping tasks of rented buildings.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to available candidate with NOC

    Desired Skills & ExperienceQualifications:

    • Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, inventory management systems).
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles can be a plus.
    • Experience with customer service is beneficial.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month

    Work Location: Remote
