Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the education or publishing sectors.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing successful client relationships.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work closely with marketing and other teams to create effective sales strategies.


Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

- Work with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies that align with Al Rowad’s offerings and objectives.

- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our curriculum solutions.

- Analyze sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide insights for growth opportunities.

- Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff and ensure consistent service quality across all client interactions.
