Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental shifts.
- Attend property viewings and site visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Dubai leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate and leasing.
- Area Specialist (Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, Business Bay, JLT, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Mirdif, etc)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fluent in English.
