We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our marble company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and maintaining accurate stock levels to support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor stock levels of marble products.
  • Creating picture library of stocks on arrival and regularly updating records.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse and yard.
  • Conduct regular stock verification to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
  • Update and maintain stock databases and generate inventory reports as needed.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials.
  • Assist in forecasting stock requirements based on sales trends and production needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse coordination (experience in the marble or construction industry is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
