What You'll Be Doing
Client Consultation & Analysis:
- Review the client’s financial situation to assess their needs and determine eligibility for either a personal loan or debt settlement program.
Client Qualification
- Conduct personal loan searches through lending partners, assess client eligibility, and either offer or deny a personal loan based on qualification criteria.
Client Proposal
- Educate the client about their creditworthiness, explain reasons for denial or high-interest personal loans (if qualified), collect hardship details, and pitch the Debt Settlement program as an alternative.
Handling Complex Objections
- Provide clear and concise explanations to address client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, or the debt settlement process.
Enrollment
- Confirm enrollment details, including the payment plan, payment dates, banking information, and the accounts to be included in the Debt Settlement program.
Documentation
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted properly to complete the client enrollment process.
Outbound Communication
- Make outbound calls, send SMS, and email communications to follow up with leads and clients. Also, respond to any inbound inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or closing role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
- Fluent in English, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning and growth.
- Possess a strong work ethic and determination - You don't quit, you keep trying even when things get tough.
- You are motivated by opportunities where your success is directly reflected in your paycheck.
- You are open and receptive to feedback and apply it quickly to speed up your success.
- You thrive in an active coaching environment because you want to continuously improve and develop.

Working Days
- Monday to Friday: Night shift
- 6th day: Based on need, managed fairly based on priorities and urgency
