Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for AI, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will assist the sales and technical teams in identifying client needs and designing AI-driven solutions tailored to their specific business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
• Assist senior team members in gathering requirements from clients regarding their AI and technology needs.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to support the understanding of AI capabilities and product offerings.
• Help create client-facing documentation and presentations that explain how AI technologies can solve business problems.
• Solution Support and Design:
• Collaborate with the technical team to support solution development based on client requirements.
• Help design basic AI solution architectures under the guidance of senior pre-sales consultants and engineers.
• Assist in preparing proposals and technical specifications that align with client goals.
• Learning and Development:
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and technologies to provide relevant insights to clients and internal teams.
• Learn about AI tools, platforms, and products, such as machine learning frameworks .
• Pre-Sales Process:
• Support the creation of Proof of Concept (PoC) demos or prototypes that showcase the potential AI solutions.
• Assist in building client proposals, quotes, and pricing models.
• Learn to provide basic post-sales support and assist clients in the initial stages of solution implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, data analysis, etc.).
• Strong interest in AI technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework in AI, data science, or related fields.
• Internship or work experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or software development role.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms .
