ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
Act as the point of contact for SITA's Delivery in providing bid support to all Product and Services Solution Line opportunities ranging from standard to large and complex bids across the regional geographies, to specify and design solutions their components and architecture to meet defined business needs for SITA's customer solutions products and specific IT projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design and cost the delivery model and strategy approach for standard, customized, non-standard, complex and outsourcing projects in the area of Project Management, Business Analysis and Technical Implementation of SITA solutions and services.
- Represent the EURO Delivery function actively in the bid process assisting with customer-facing communications when required.
- Provide appropriate variations to the standard texts in customer-facing proposals and contractual documents for the services defined and agreed in the delivery model solution, this will include timelines, resourcing, in/out of scope items and any variations in services required to meet the needs of this customer and/or specific to any country or location.
- Identify define and agree with the GEO Solutions Design and Central functions (Product Management, DST, Transition) the most effective delivery model and cost to implement the designed solution, aligned with Product standards and SITA capabilities, including the corresponding transition project activities that will be proposed in response to customers' requirements.
- Work with Products, Solutions Design, Operations & Service management, Contract Managers and Purchasing to develop and issue RFPs to service partners (following the appropriate engagement processes) and to select and negotiate appropriate contracts and service levels with these Service Partners.
- Interface with Product / Solutions Design / Operations and other entities to ensure that the ''Delivery Model'' and its component parts have been reflected in the delivery strategy & solution (cost resources process & tools requirements) and is feasible and effective.
- Study and qualify customer and or product management requests for delivery services- Analyze and document customer and occasionally product management requirements and business processes
- Lead Service improvement initiatives that deliver and contribute to the Corporate Business and Functional objectives of the team.
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or any other field.
- 3-5 years experience in pre-sales preferably in a global organization and service provider environment delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of working in delivery model and proposals, supporting either internal or external customers in service design.
- Technical knowledge and background like networking and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in service solution design.
- Experience of working in the Airport/Airline industry preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English language.
