Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom environment, and supporting sales team activities. This role ensures smooth interaction between customers and the sales team while assisting in administrative and communication tasks that contribute to excellent dealership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the dealership and assist with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or sales representative.
- Visitor Log Management: Record the names and details of all customers entering the showroom and ensure the log is updated regularly for internal tracking purposes.
- Scheduling Appointments: Manage and coordinate sales appointments for customers with sales representatives
- Administrative Support: Maintain and organize sales documents, files, customer records and assist with data entry and other general administrative duties.
- Hospitality Support: Ensure the reception area is welcoming to customers and provide hospitality services as needed.
- Sales Team Support: Provide support to the sales team by handling specific tasks, preparing sales documentation, and assisting with customer follow-ups.
- Daily Reports: Provide the sales manager with daily reports on the number of clients who entered the showroom.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in hospitality, service management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service, administrative role or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
