We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support our public relations and marketing efforts.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Public Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting Bridge International’s public relations initiatives and executing innovative offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking capabilities, and be responsible for building relationships with schools, universities, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a presentable individual who can proactively manage public relations efforts in both formal and informal settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic PR and marketing campaigns to enhance Bridge International’s visibility and brand recognition.
• Support the creation of offline marketing initiatives by collaborating with organizations and educational institutions, building strategic partnerships to expand outreach.
• Proactively engage with key stakeholders, including media outlets, schools, universities, and embassy officials, to foster and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events, exhibitions, and community engagement initiatives to promote Bridge International’s offerings.
• Help maintain strong relationships with media outlets to ensure consistent and positive media coverage of Bridge International’s activities.
• Actively represent Bridge International in public forums, meetings, and events, communicating the institution’s mission and services effectively.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in public relations and marketing (applications without this experience will not be considered).
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing) is essential.
• A presentable individual with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting offline marketing campaigns, particularly in collaboration with educational institutions.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Active, self-driven, and proactive in networking within various professional settings.
