Key Account Section Head

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in the Preparation of Yearly Marketing calendar by Client and insure its application.
  • Assist manager in forecasting decisions and general strategic objectives for the KA channel. As well as dividing the monthly target between his supervised staff.
  • Conduct regular Sales Calls to Key accounts to insure sales objectives implementation.
  • Conduct QBR’s (quarterly Business reviews) with his customers along with channel manager showing last Q’s results and agreeing on the next Q’s objectives to reach win-win situation.
  • Professionally analyze reports to give recommendations to his manager.
  • Follow up and solve the daily issues with customers and reporting staff.
  • Build strong personal and business relations with buyers, store managers, receiving managers, finance and marketing.
  • Participate and provide input to all projects related to MT and Sales in General.
  • Ensure timely payments of due debt amounts, maintain a reconciled balance for his accounts (once every 3 months Max), prepare Credit notes for different types of expenses (Gondola, promotion, price difference, YER, etc.)
  • Update the sales dept. about the competition activities in the market on regular basis.
  • Participate in the formation and negotiation of yearly contracts.
  • Assure the adherence of his members to the company's' internal and external policies.
  • To comply with the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements of the workplace by complying and executing the standard work procedure and the related legal and regulatory requirements that the company is abided by, in addition to use the related safe and environmentally friendly equipment’s, moreover, is to:
  • Comply with the Occupational health and Safety requirements that includes but not limited to Company Standard Work Systems and Procedures and any related applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize safe and environmentally friendly equipment’s
  • Understand work associated identified risks and corresponding hazards as well as significant environmental aspects.
  • Ensure the compliance of the utilized equipment’s to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Standard requirements.
  • Understand and execute his/her pre the identified role in case of emergency.
  • Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies & Knowledge

  • BA degree in Marketing, business administration or any equivalent field
  • 3 years of previous experience in MT Field, in a leading FMCG Company
  • Good English Languages skills
  • Leadership skills field oriented
  • Selling and account management Skills
  • Sales Target Identification and Analysis
