Job Title: SIRA Certified CCTV Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a SIRA Certified CCTV Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, consulting, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems in compliance with Dubai’s security regulations. You will work closely with clients to ensure their security needs are met with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration:
• Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, and associated networking equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet SIRA regulations and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to camera functionality, recording, and connectivity.
• Client Interaction:
• Consult with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide training to clients on system operation and best practices.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and client interactions.
• Prepare reports on system performance and service requests.
• Compliance:
• Stay updated on SIRA regulations and industry standards related to CCTV installations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• Certification:
• Valid SIRA certification as a CCTV Engineer.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Experience with various CCTV systems and technologies (analog and IP).
• SIRA portal usage & management
• Valid UAE driving license

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in CCTV software, AutoCAD, networking, and surveillance technologies.
• Strong knowledge of video management systems (VMS) and NVR configurations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
