Position: Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong partnerships.
• Account Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage client budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Proven experience as an Accounts Manager in a marketing agency
• Strong understanding of content creation, advertising campaigns, and sponsored ads on Meta
• Project management certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
