Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and presentable Sales Executive to join our team in Amman, Jordan. This role will focus on corporate sales and targets while also leveraging your potential to become a Training Facilitator. You will be responsible for managing high-value corporate accounts, driving business growth, and developing your skills to deliver workshops and customized training programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills who can represent our organization professionally and engagingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage corporate clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic business development.
Negotiate contracts, manage corporate accounts, and close deals with high-value clients.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business gatherings.
Develop and deliver workshops and customized training sessions for corporate clients.
Utilize strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage participants and effectively transfer knowledge.
Assist in creating and refining training materials, case studies, and simulations.
Support public and customized training courses by sharing best practices and industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the potential to lead workshops and training sessions.
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training programs is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
