Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Job Overview:

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of network infrastructures with focus on Aruba Networks solutions. The role involves working on wireless networks, LAN/WAN configurations, and security protocols, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the network systems. The engineer will also collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement Aruba-specific solutions and maintain a seamless and secure network environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering with expertise in Aruba network solutions.

Hands-on experience with Aruba controllers, switches, ClearPass, AirWave and NetEdit.

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and deploy Aruba-based wireless networks (WLAN).

Plan and implement Aruba LAN/WAN network infrastructure solutions including switches, controllers, and access points.

Ensure scalability and reliability of network design based on organizational needs.

Perform configuration of Aruba wireless controllers, switches, and security policies.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).

Experience with Aruba wireless and wired technologies.

Knowledge of network security best practices and protocols (VPN, IPsec, RADIUS).

Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass for network access control (NAC).

Utilize Aruba AirWave for network monitoring and reporting.

Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure optimal performance of the Aruba-based infrastructure.

Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches for Aruba network devices.

Monitor network traffic and performance, identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.

Implement robust security protocols, including user authentication, access control, and encryption, using Aruba tools.

Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand networking requirements and ensure smooth integration of Aruba solutions.
