Ad Ops Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ad Ops Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of digital out-of-home advertising campaigns on our platform. Working closely with the customer success, media planning, and technical teams, the Ad Ops Specialist will play a crucial role in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and verify campaign setups to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives and specifications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate the admin panel and diagnose and resolve campaign-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customer success and media planning teams as needed.
  • Maintain partnerships with media owners/publishers and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), fostering positive relationships and ensuring access to premium inventory and exclusive opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital out-of-home advertising to drive innovation and efficiency.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably in the out-of-home or programmatic advertising space.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus. Familiarity with Pythond & SQL is a big plus.
  • Proven competence in Excel is a must.
