  • Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and special requests efficiently.
  • Provide expert guidance on reservation options, room rates, and promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries related to reservations and document special requests.
  • Communicate clearly in both English and Arabic, focusing on reservation-related customer service.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and maximize revenue during the booking process.
  • Ensure accurate input of reservation data and handle back-end system updates.
  • Generate reports for management, tracking booking trends and guest preferences.
