Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify wellness needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions that enhance patient wellness outcomes.
  • Perform IV Vitamin Therapy, Peptide Therapy, Cryotherapy and other wellness services" and "Assist the doctor with Aesthetics treatments such as Botox, derma filler and laser machines.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health trajectories.
  • Utilize technology to maintain accurate patient records and track health data, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Advocate for patients' health needs within the healthcare system, connecting them to community resources and support services.
  • Lead wellness initiatives, such as health fairs and screenings, to promote community engagement and awareness.
  • Stay current with wellness trends and research to continually enhance care delivery and patient education.
