Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at The Promenade Amman. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office management procedures
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff, ensuring a professional and positive office environment.
  • Order office supplies and ensure the office is maintained in an organized manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
