As a Sales Specialist at AiGlean, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our suite of AI solutions and services. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value of AiGlean's AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology solutions or software services.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions or software services.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
