Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Amman, Jordan.


This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, developing structural designs for structures related to road infrastructure such as Bridges, Cut and cover tunnels, underpasses, landscape structures, utility related structures.


We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Preparing the structural designs following project’s scope.
  • Conducting structural calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure the integrity and safety of the designs.
  • Ensuring all calculations are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Authority Standards and Codes of Practice as per the project location and requirements.
  • Reviewing models in Revit software including coordination with other disciplines.
  • Coordinating and giving technical guidance to CAD Technicians / BIM Technicians to produce drawings and models.
  • Preparing technical reports and other deliverables.
  • Coordinating with other disciplines to achieve a fully integrated design.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with preference in the specialized field of Structures. We welcome all levels of experience, with more than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Having a membership of a professional institution is desirable.


Furthermore, you should demonstrate:


  • Proven experience as a bridge designer.
  • Proficiency in software such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD.Pro and/or Prokon is required.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
