Position: Supply Chain Lead

Location: Amman, Jordan

Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

As the Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to supply chain management, including purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products throughout our organization.

  Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the supply chain department in alignment with company goals.

· Manage the purchasing process to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies while adhering to quality standards and budgetary constraints.

· Coordinate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and plan procurement accordingly.

· Oversee logistics operations, including inbound and outbound movement of goods, storage, and transportation.

· Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for the procurement of goods and services.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.

· Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).

· Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field (8 years preferred).

· Strong strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

· Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management tools.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
