Job Description:

As a Sales Supervisor at CIC, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in various markets and implementing approved procedures in line with the company's sales system. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement to meet sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Participate in developing policies, sales objectives, and strategies, translating them into short- and long-term sales plans.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales movement in the markets, forecasting expected product sales quantities, and conducting sales-related studies.
  • Customer Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and coordinate with departments to ensure minimum stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor market trends and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements in product offerings.
  • Sales Campaigns: Evaluate advertising campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Lead efforts to introduce the company's products to key clients and address their inquiries.
  • Field Supervision: Supervise customer service and shipping teams to ensure smooth operation and adherence to company standards.
  • Staff Development: Develop work plans for sales employees, evaluate their performance, and provide necessary training and guidance.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Employee Supervision: Monitor sales team activities, ensuring their representation of the company reflects a positive and professional image.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on sales activities and results for management review.
  • Budget and Compliance: Manage sales budgets, ensure compliance with company policies, and recommend improvements to the sales system.
  • Customer Feedback Management: Coordinate with quality and production teams to handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and persuasion techniques.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and sales-related software.
