Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and Sales Mid-Senior at Tuwaiq Robotics Innovations (TRIQ), based in Amman, Jordan. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, forecast revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion and success.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in AI, robotics, or technology
sectors.
•Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, complex sales deals.
•Experience in selling technical or engineering solutions is an advantage.
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex
technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach, identifying opportunities and crafting
solutions.
• Familiarity with AI, robotics, or automation technologies, with a capacity to quickly learn and
adapt.
• Strong writing skills for creating detailed proposals and marketing content.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for AI and robotics technology.
• Creativity in social media marketing and outreach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and presentations
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Certifications in sales or business development are a plus
