Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Relation Manager to join our team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who are passionate about customer service and have a strong desire to contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Telesales: Engage potential clients through phone calls to promote our services and convert inquiries into sales.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
• Assist with Social Media Marketing/Video making: Support the marketing team in promoting our services through various social media platforms and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree
• Confident in customer relationship management or telesales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi/Urdu languages.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
