Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our team at a reputable hotel/restaurant in Dubai. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring the proper handling of dishes and utensils, and supporting the kitchen staff in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure all utensils and dishes are properly cleaned, dried, and stored.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
• Dispose of trash and follow waste management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
